Funding ProgrammesThere are a number of financial funding programmes that support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which are unable to simply afford advisory assistance. Some of these programmes require the consultant to be accredited to prove his / her suitability and qualifications. You will find an example of two programmes below. Potential Consulting
By means of Potential Consulting the state of North Rhine-Westphalia supports small and medium-sized enterprises to recognize untapped resources. Strengths and weaknesses are analyzed in order to develop individual, new measures that contribute to the modernization and thus to the future competitiveness of the company.
Conditions:
Companies 10 to < 250 employees
Existing for at least 2 years
Max. 10 consultation days
The funding rate for professional advice amounts to 50% of the consultant's daily rate (max 1000,00 Euro)
unternehmensWert:Mensch
In North Rhine-Westphalia the „unternehmensWert:Mensch“ complements the ESF funding programme Potential Consulting NRW. Small enterprises are supported in the development of tailor-made, modern and employee-oriented personnel strategies.

Companies 1 to < 10 employees
Existing for at least 2 years
Max. 10 consultation days
The funding rate for professional advice amounts to 80% of the consultant's daily rate (max 1000,00 Euro)
